The agreement
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and ARCONI LTD for access to and use of Meow Odyssey. Features, content, offers, and availability may change over time.
1. About these Terms
ARCONI LTD ("ARCONI", "we", "us", or "our") is registered in England and Wales under company number 16982238, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
These Terms govern Meow Odyssey and related services that link to them (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. They supplement the ARCONI Terms of Service. Additional rules or offer terms presented through the Service also apply and control where they are more specific.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements shown for the Service. If you cannot enter this agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you and supervise your use.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Accounts and access rights may not be sold, shared, or transferred unless we expressly allow it. Guest access may have limited recovery options.
You may request account deletion through the available account controls. A request is subject to the recovery period and process described in the Service and our Privacy Policy.
4. Your licence
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. The Service is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Conduct and fair play
You must not cheat, exploit, automate, interfere with, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; harm, deceive, harass, or impersonate others; submit unlawful or harmful material; violate another person's rights; engage in fraud or unauthorised trading; or help anyone else do so.
We may use automated and human review to protect users and the Service. We may remove content, reverse unauthorised activity, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, and take proportionate enforcement action. Available instructions will explain how to appeal.
6. User Content
You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You must have permission to provide it and ensure that it complies with these Terms.
You grant ARCONI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, adapt, display, distribute, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, promote, and improve the Service. This licence may continue where necessary for shared features, safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or technical operation.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
The Service may offer paid digital content or subscriptions. The applicable offer and storefront checkout will show the price, content, billing, renewal, cancellation, and other material terms before purchase.
Purchases are processed by the applicable storefront and are also subject to its rules. Content is provided after the transaction is authorised and verified. Refunds, cancellations, restores, payment disputes, and mandatory consumer rights follow applicable law and platform rules.
8. Virtual Content
Virtual currencies, items, entitlements, and other digital benefits are licensed for use only within the Service. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred unless we expressly permit it.
We may manage, change, rebalance, limit, correct, or discontinue Virtual Content for valid operational, technical, security, legal, gameplay, or commercial reasons, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Changes and availability
The Service may be updated, changed, interrupted, tested, reset, or discontinued. Features, content, rules, compatibility, and availability may differ or change. An update may be required to continue using the Service. Where required, we will provide notice or a remedy for material changes affecting paid content.
10. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or where action is required for legal, security, platform, or operational reasons. We aim to act proportionately and may act immediately where necessary.
When access ends, your licence ends. Provisions that should reasonably continue, including ownership, payment, liability, and dispute terms, survive.
11. Third-party services
The Service may interact with services controlled by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Ownership
The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to ARCONI and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our content, names, logos, or marks except as permitted by these Terms, applicable law, or written permission.
13. Service standards and liability
We provide consumer services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business loss arising from consumer use, loss caused by your breach, events outside our reasonable control, or third-party services we do not control.
For business use, our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of £100 and the amount paid to ARCONI for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing law and disputes
Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and may use courts available under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, law, technology, security requirements, or our business changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required. If you do not accept an update, stop using the Service before it takes effect.
16. General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it as part of a business transaction, subject to applicable rights.
