1. Who we are

ARCONI LTD ("ARCONI", "we", "us", or "our") is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16982238. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Scope

This policy applies to Meow Odyssey and related services that link to it. It supplements the ARCONI Privacy Policy. Additional notices may be shown where a feature requires more specific information.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • account and profile information;
  • gameplay and service activity;
  • communications and content you provide;
  • purchase and entitlement information;
  • device, network, usage, and diagnostic information; and
  • support, safety, security, and moderation records.

We only process categories relevant to the features and services you use.

4. How we collect information

Information may come directly from you, automatically from your use of the Service, from platforms or providers you choose to use, and from other users or lawful third parties.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and manage the Service, operate accounts and requested features, process transactions, communicate with you, provide support, maintain safety and security, prevent abuse and fraud, understand and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Where UK or EEA law applies, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent, depending on the processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent applies.

6. Community features

If you use social or community features, information you choose to share and some profile or activity information may be visible to others. We may review, restrict, or retain relevant information to enforce rules, respond to reports, protect users, and meet legal obligations.

7. Purchases

If paid content or subscriptions are available and you use them, the applicable storefront handles payment. We receive limited transaction and entitlement information needed to provide, restore, manage, secure, and account for the purchase. We generally do not receive your full payment-card or bank details.

8. App technologies

We may use local storage, identifiers, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, and similar technologies to operate, secure, understand, and improve the Service. If advertising or other non-essential processing is used, we provide any notice, choice, or consent required by law. Device and platform settings may provide additional controls.

9. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service; platforms, storefronts, and services you choose to use; other users where a feature is social; professional advisers and business successors; and authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where local law uses broader definitions of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we provide applicable choices.

10. International transfers

Information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards or another lawful mechanism.

11. Retention and account deletion

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, safety, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

You can request account deletion through Settings → Delete Account. The account enters a 28-day recovery period before eligible account and game information is deleted. Limited information may be retained where necessary or required. Deleting your Meow Odyssey account does not delete information controlled independently by another service.

Read the account-deletion instructions.

12. Children and younger players

The applicable store listing identifies the intended audience and minimum age. Where required, a parent or guardian must provide permission. We apply age-appropriate protections and do not knowingly use a child's personal information for personalised advertising where prohibited.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent, and certain forms of advertising or sharing.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may request information needed to verify your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data-protection authority.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required.
